It will be held on September 30th, 2015 at 18.00 in the headquarters of the Marine Protected Area “Capo Carbonara” at Casa Todde in via Roma n ° 60 in Villasimius, the first technical meeting of the project RES MARIS.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to present and discuss together with local actors some very important aspects of the project.
The first aspect is the eradication of terrestrial invasive alien plant species and the conservation and recovery of the Posidonia beds, the methods of implementation of these interventions and the prospects for environmental improvement.
The second aspect concerns the involvement of private individuals (in particular, but not only, local economic operators) in the concrete conservation actions and implementation of communication activities, as promotion opportunity, also through the Club RES MARIS, of a tourism offer in line with the project objectives.
